Role Description

  1. Responsible and ensure proper setting up and implementation of accounting system and records in accordance of the Group's accounting policies and statutory requirements.
  2. To develop and maintain group’s compliance framework to ensure internal practices adhere to applicable tax laws and regulations.
  3. Responsible for full compliance with the company's internal controls.
  4. Oversee daily operational functions of Finance Department, review work of Accounts Officers
  5. Banking & cash flow control - monitoring, projection and planning on all payment matters
  6. In charge of accounting software updates & liase with software provider(include sales & purchase modules)
  7. Responsible for the monthly management account, statutory report, tax compliances and other adhoc reports or analysis that required by management from time to time.
  8. Liaising with Head Office, bankers, auditors, tax agent and statutory bodies on accounting, financial and statutory related matters.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
  2. Proficiency in English, Chinese and MS Office
  3. Minimum 6 years professional experience in Finance / Accounting or Taxation, and at least 3 years working experience in Financial management positions in manufacturing industry
  4. Experience with project management or account management
  5. Possessing learning experience or certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ICAEW would be beneficial.
