- Monthly Payroll preparation
- Managing and maintaining employee data in the HR system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Handle entry and exit, including but not limited to on-boarding account creation, termination, internal transfer etc.
- Perform general administrative support to the company, including up keeping of office equipment, stationery ordering and pantry supplies replenishment, etc.
- Responsible for recruiting projects
- Preparation of HR related letters and memorandum
- Manage labor contract and employee filing matters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assignment by manager.
- Minimum 1 years experience in HR.
- Able to start work immediately / short notice periods is a plus
- MUST able to read ,write and speaking fluent in Mandarin
- Diploma or above is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Employment Act, HR policies and procedure
- Experienced in various recruitment and resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed sense of responsibility. Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
