Role Description:

As the Communications & PR Manager, you will oversee both internal and external communication strategies, manage media relations, and lead content marketing efforts. You will collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive messaging and the successful execution of campaigns that enhance brand awareness and thought leadership. This role will also require you to manage digital channels and monitor the effectiveness of communications to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that promote the brand, both internally and externally
  • Plan, create, and optimize a wide range of content, including press releases, web pages, marketing emails, videos, social media posts, blogs, and other marketing collateral
  • Create and manage thought leadership content, such as articles, white papers, and case studies
  • Lead social media and digital communications to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy and consistent messaging across channels
  • Evaluate and use owned, paid, and earned media avenues to maximize the distribution of content to the right audience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments, and respond with relevant, timely content
  • Analyze the performance of communications and PR campaigns using digital marketing metrics (social listening, website traffic, search rankings, email stats, A/B test results) and provide insights to enhance performance and refine content strategies
  • Lead PR efforts to manage media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive media coverage
  • Drive internal communications to keep employees informed about key corporate developments, brand updates, and other organizational changes.
  • Manage crisis communication efforts to protect and manage the company’s reputation

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, PR, and media relations, in B2B technology/IT sector or similar
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with high proficiency in English
  • Strong writing and editing skills for press releases and content creation
  • Experience managing content marketing, social media, and digital channels
  • Familiarity with martech tools such as Google Analytics, content management systems, and social listening platforms
  • Product Marketing experience in the same sectors will be a plus
  • Proven track record in building brand awareness and thought leadership through strategic communication and PR initiatives
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage media relations independently
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
