Front of House Manager will manage daily activities, reporting, training and operations of the overall Front of House department, including Front Office Agents, Concierge Agents, Guest Experience Agents and Hosts. With experience in an ultra-luxury environment, you will ensure that the Front of House policies and procedures, as well as the service standards are on the highest level. One of the core responsibilities is to encourage and motivate the colleagues to blow away the guests and go beyond theirs expectations. Integrity, strong leadership skills, with business-oriented mindset and ability to make sound decisions are crucial requirements for this role. Strong technical competency in Opera is a must.
