- Monitor calls, provide performance feedback, and ensure adherence to call scripts and quality standards.
- As a Sales trainer, you'll work closely with the Sales team leader and telemarketing team to deliver knowledge training to ensure SOP is follow by all teammates in all interactions. What you'll need to succeed
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Experience of delivering sales training.
- Proactive and willing to learn attitude.
- Great interpersonal skills, able to communicate and work with different stakeholders.
