We are looking for Sales Managers for two locations:
- Klang, Selangor
- Gelang Patah, Johor
Key Responsibilities
- Expand sales and win new customers for freight forwarding, contract logistics, and transportation in Malaysia.
- Identify target customers and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and develop viable commercial proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure sales KPIs are met.
- Maintain good account management and professional working relationships with customers.
- Attend to customer queries and resolve business issues effectively.
- Provide timely sales & market information to build sales strategies.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Develop and maintain a reliable network of business partners (vendors, suppliers, local/overseas).
- Support the achievement of the company’s financial and strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety, anti-corruption, and corporate governance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven track record in sales and business development for freight forwarding, contract logistics, & transportation businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and operating environment in Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently meet timelines and expectations.
- Strong team player with a “can-do” attitude, business-minded, and enjoys challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to persuade and influence stakeholders.
- Degree in any discipline.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- A business-focused mindset and ability to drive results.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
- The ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in account management and contract negotiation.
