We are looking for Sales Managers for two locations:

  • Klang, Selangor
  • Gelang Patah, Johor

The successful candidates will play a crucial role in expanding our sales and winning new customers for freight forwarding, contract logistics, and transportation in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand sales and win new customers for freight forwarding, contract logistics, and transportation in Malaysia.
  • Identify target customers and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer requirements and develop viable commercial proposals.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure sales KPIs are met.
  • Maintain good account management and professional working relationships with customers.
  • Attend to customer queries and resolve business issues effectively.
  • Provide timely sales & market information to build sales strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable network of business partners (vendors, suppliers, local/overseas).
  • Support the achievement of the company’s financial and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety, anti-corruption, and corporate governance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Must Have

  • Proven track record in sales and business development for freight forwarding, contract logistics, & transportation businesses.
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and operating environment in Malaysia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently meet timelines and expectations.
  • Strong team player with a “can-do” attitude, business-minded, and enjoys challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
