  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Line Manager to secure sponsorship, to prepare proposals and presentations to solicit sponsors and manage marketing programs and initiatives.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collaboration

  • Promote sponsorship opportunities through social media in collaboration with social media teams.
  • Develop partnerships with external funding sources to fund projects at Sireh Park.
  • Collaborate with other organizations to secure funding for tree-planting projects.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sponsor data, sponsorship pledges and ensuring proper acknowledgment and recognition of sponsor.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress report.

Stakeholders Management

  • Establish long-term partnerships, acquire valuable insight, and cultivate long-term commitments through constant communication with stakeholders and external partners..
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and partners.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCES

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience, with 1-3 years in stakeholder management.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, along with networking abilities.
