The opportunity
You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with some of the largest clients in Malaysia in their finance functions covering the following:
• Accounting Receivables
• Accounting Payable
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for invoicing and billings, debit and credit notes, maintaining accurate records of post receivables entries, cash applications and remittances.
- Perform accurate accounting duties related to the efficient processing of AP transactions against the SSC KPIs for the market.
- Daily use of SAP and other finance systems used to process invoices and expenses.
- Provide high level of customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders.
- First point of contact for any invoicing/ billing related queries.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Knowledge of SAP finance module.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in Credit Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
What we look for
- Minimum qualifications bachelor’s degree in finance accounting, qualified accountant or equivalent (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience working in a finance shared service.
