Accounts Executive I - Contract

• Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Reconcile receipts with bank statements and promptly clear outstanding balances.
• Accurately post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding AR balances, resolving disputes to ensure timely collections.
• Generate Statements of Account (SOA) for outstanding invoices.
• Bookkeeping of invoices (PO and Non-PO)
• Closely follow up on outstanding invoices with issues with internal/external stakeholders
• Perform vendor statement of account reconciliation
• Perform bank statement reconciliation
• Perform month-end closing tasks related to AR and AP
• Assist the accounting and finance team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Good communications & interpersonal skills
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in MS Excel and O365
- Knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana is an added advantage.
- Contract - Duration of 12 month(s).
