Perform a variety of human resources, retail operations administrative task:
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
- Responsible to process staff payroll on monthly basis and manage staff claims;
- Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding related matters;
- Responsible to monitor and update staff attendance and leave application;
- Responsible to conduct staff performance management and identify training if needed;
- Oversee staffs discipline, rules & regulations, any disciplinary action to be taken.
Administrative Support:
- Assist and maintaining the companies' insurance policies, e.g. general, motor vehicles and etc;
- Process insurance or SOCSO claims for employee;
- Handling of administrative request and queries from office & retail team;
- Issue Purchase Order ("PO") for miscellaneous / stationery purchase for HQ office & retail;
- Verify monthly staff claims and handling employee reimbursement for medical, dental and etc;
- Manage proper upkeep and maintenance of properties, office equipment and renewal of permits / licenses.
Maintain proper filing for all HR & Admin related documents;
Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years in Payroll Processing & Human Resource Management experience preferred.
- Professional working fluency in local direct language.
- Detailed oriented, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work ASAP is an added advantage
