  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistic / Transportation / Business Study /Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sea freight/ logistics/ supply chain/ freight forwarding
  • Understand the transportation process and its interface with business, production & shipping process
  • Familiar with custom rules & regulation for export activity
  • Attention to details: Ensuring accuracy when planning various schedules and managing inventory for export business
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and SAP software is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO14000/ GMP & Halal requirement
  • Strong critical thinking & ability to solve complex problem efficiently
  • Good communication skill (writing, verbal, listening & presentation) in English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full order cycle starting orders until customers receive the order.
  • Manage the inventory of export products and ensure the supply maintain sufficient stock to cater the order.
  • Liaise with vendors & suppliers
  • Maintain good customer relations
  • Handling the billing from supplier & to process the system entry for the billing.
