Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records for eMobility Service Provider (EMSP) transactions, including charging sessions, roaming agreements, and revenue streams.
  • Monitor and track daily transactions (session fees, user payments), follow up on unpaid sessions. Perform monthly account reconciliations including operator invoicing, and prepare financial reports to ensure alignment between the charging map platform, accounting systems, and third-party payment processors for internal and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle billing inquiries, disputes, and payment issues from users and charging operators, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data related to charging sessions, user behavior, pricing models, and charging station performance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights and track KPIs such as station utilization, energy consumption, and user growth.
  • Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities through transaction data analysis.
  • Perform analysis to support decisions on pricing, roaming agreements, and market expansion.
  • Ensure data accuracy for reporting and compliance, continuously improving data workflows and infrastructure.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Good understanding of database management, financial accuracy, experience with big data technologies.
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex data and financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with eMobility platforms, OCPI protocols, or charging station infrastructure is a plus
