  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Group reporting – financials / external

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

  • In charge of quarterly Bursa announcement and dashboard reporting to BOD.
  • Year end financial statements.
  • Review and analyze all subsidiaries management report and quarterly reporting pack.
  • Liaison with external auditors.
  • Accounting standards assessment and implementation.
  • Group KPI reporting.
  • Financials for Group AGM
  • Any ad hoc external reporting, including financials for any corporate exercise.
  • Quarterly and annual stock take coordination.
  • Closely and assist, when required, with internal reporting team.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

  • A proven track record with commercial experience with 2-3 years experience in Big 4 audit firm.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and meticulous for details
  • High integrity and able to work independently

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
