What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policy and employee relations.
- Do end to end recruitment progress.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and provide feedback on employee performance.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Communicate changes in benefits programs.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records securely.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and support career development.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Manage office facilities and supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Act as a strategic partner to business units.
- Provide HR consultation and analyze workforce trends.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar human resources role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Extensive experience in managing payments, budgets, and expenditures.
- Advanced ability to plan, schedule, and execute office-related events.
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
