Job Summary: Noventiq is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure that project risks are documented and communicated appropriately.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality and meet the company's standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests and evaluations to ensure project deliverables meet the required specifications.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Optimize resource utilization and manage project resources effectively.
  • Ensure all financial and operational project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Zoho).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
