Education Counselor (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to enquiring students and their parents on the programmes offered by the University & Colleges
• Sales & marketing activities to promote programmes offered by the University & Colleges
• Strategise and implement plans to increase students numbers
• Initiate and maintain good working relationships with schools/agents
• Represent the University & Colleges in marketing activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and counselling sessions
• Drive Enrolment Activities for the Branch Office and Assigned Area of coverage
• Execute and implement partner school initiative
• Responsible for Education counselling to prospective students
• Responsible to deliver Key Performance Indicators as part of the assigned area of coverage

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant academic area
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills (English, Malay and/or Mandarin language).
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and analytical skills that enable collaboration and team building.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused.
• Able to commit to work on alternate weekends and Public Holidays.
