Special Projects Partner (BE)

Brief:

Leaderonomics is looking for a Special Projects Partner (Beyond Expectations Team) who desires and strives for excellence in everything they do, enjoys making sure projects are successful, and takes the initiative to fill the gaps the organisation presents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, plan, execute, and lead projects across the organisation
• Be able to see the big picture and go right into the details on how to solve constraints or make projects successful
• Liaise, coordinate and build good professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the projects are running smoothly
• Managing content platforms - Spotify, Youtube, Ldotcom
• Support all needs that are project-based under the care and guidance of Project Managers and the CEO
• Learn a variety of skill sets needed for each project, not limited to Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Event Planning, Strategic Partnerships, Research, etc.

Requirements:

• Able to thrive working under pressure, especially in managing people and projects;
• Is passionate about managing multiple projects, tasks, teams, and stakeholders at the same time;
• Good communication and organisational skills;
• Keen to learn and hustle through what is thrown at them with good problem-solving skills.
