Job Description:
- Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor expenses and revenues, analyzing financial reports to optimize profitability.
- Oversee staffing requirements, including hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team skills and service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies while minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Foster a positive dining experience by addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and attract new customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- 3 years and above experience as a Restaurant Manager, highly preferable in a hotpot restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of budget control, inventory management and manpower management.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
