Job Description:

  • Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor expenses and revenues, analyzing financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee staffing requirements, including hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team skills and service quality.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies while minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Foster a positive dining experience by addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and attract new customers.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years and above experience as a Restaurant Manager, highly preferable in a hotpot restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of budget control, inventory management and manpower management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
