We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our restaurant brands. Collaborate with the marketing team and the key person of respective food brands to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create compelling content for social media, websites, newsletters, and In-store promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Work with graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing assets.
• Manage social media accounts for all restaurant brands, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Analyze digital marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Manage customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Implement loyalty programs and other customer retention initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing strategies.
• A Senior Marketing Executive is expected to Execute and Implement Cross-Functional Collaboration for Brand Growth: Work closely with sales, operations, and product development teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business goals. Develop partnerships with external vendors, influencers, and media outlets to expand the brand's reach. Facilitate seamless communication between departments to ensure cohesive execution of brand messaging across all channels. This role also involves managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize marketing efforts and drive sustainable growth

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).
