Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team follow SOPs set by company
  • Manage to oversee staffs’ performance in an outlet to ensure effective management and operational efficiency
  • Able to complete daily operations of an outlet to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
  • Make sure outlet product display, stock control and inventory management meet company’s standard
  • Handle customers’ complaints
  • Lead and coach staff towards achieving the sales target
  • Effective leadership and teamwork to accomplish and achieve the result
  • Capable and willing to undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or above in any field
  • At least having a year of experience in Sales, Retailing or relevant field is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Must be confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services.
  • Passionate, friendly and cheerful disposition
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team.
  • Ability to work on shift accordingly to retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (alternate rest day)
  • Have own transport for traveling and transferable
