  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • To develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all Architectural works to tie in with the master schedule.
  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
  • Coordinate with Consultant Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues
  • Co-ordination of shop drawings
  • Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects
  • To direct and coordinate building activities at construction sites or activities related to production, operations, quality assurance, testing and commissioning for project site.
  • To develop and study budgets, contract and bids and negotiate with client to determine project specifications and goals.
  • To present proposals and reports to client and architect.
  • Reviewing shop drawing and finishing sample submittals.
  • Coordinating the work of consulting architects and id works.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills flexibility/adaptability.

Job Requirement

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building / Construction or related disciplines
  • Sound understanding of architectural design theories and construction drawings
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software or related applications
  • Minimum 8 years work experience in related field specifically high rise project.
