Position: Customer Service Agent - Call Center (Inbound) Calls
Working Location: Bangsar South
Working hours: Rotation shifts (Monday – Sunday, 5 working days & 2 off days)
Working time: 8am - 5pm, 8.45am - 5.45pm, 9am - 6pm, 2pm - 11pm (rotational shift, subject to change)

Basic Salary: From 2,300- RM 2,500
Fixed Monthly Attendance Allowance: RM200

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily handle inquiries from both sellers and buyers via various contact channels.
  • CS Agents are expected to provide first contact resolution per standard operating procedures. In the event of non-FCR, you are expected to follow up and respond to the user promptly
  • To record case details in CRM
  • To meet key performance metrics
  • To communicate with the key stakeholders when necessary
  • To communicate effectively and accurately when communicating with users
  • To take on ad-hoc projects/assignments

Job Requirements:

  • We welcome fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills to apply.
  • SPM holders with at least 1-2 years of customer service experience are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with contact center experience are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are mandatory.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A great team player.
  • Willing to work 24-7 rotation shifts.
