Job Description

• Positioning: The regional digital energy project supply management PMO reviews the project supply management solution of the region, develops the capability of supply managers and allocates resources, and adapts, implements, and executes the account supply business process.
• Major Responsibilities:

1. Support the operation of the regional project delivery review team of the digital energy project: Participate in the PDRT review, identify major supply risks of the project, track the resolution and closure of supply issues, and ensure the achievement of project financial targets.

2. Collaborate with customers, resource centers, and supply centers through production and sales collaboration to implement the supply strategy of the account department.

3. Plan, develop, and optimize the supply management capabilities of digital energy projects, improve the project supply management capabilities of the business domain, and cultivate key project supply management employees.

4. Implementation of digital supply chain construction for digital energy in Asia Pacific

5. Participate in supplier design for key and difficult projects on behalf of the supply chain, and manage supply and demand risks.

Requirements

• Knowledge:

1. Have a good command of basic knowledge of digital energy products, such as smart PV, smart electric power, site energy, data center energy, energy storage, and secondary power.

2. Have a good command of logistics network design, logistics delivery mode, and CIAG red line.

3. Master the knowledge about supply cost (logistics cost and inventory cost).

4. Master the basic knowledge of project management and be familiar with the interconnection with the project supply business flow.

• Skills:

1. Be proficient in customer insight methods, account strategies, five elements of supply solutions, typical supply scenarios and solution package features, and project supply business flows and systems.

2. Have a good command of S&OE planning business processes and working methods, and principles and methods for project plan integration and supply sub-plan development.

3. Master the basic methods of project management and have practical experience in project management.

• Experience: At least 5 years of project management, delivery, and supply chain management experience in the digital energy industry.
• External recruitment: Bachelor degree or above in project management and engineering management positions in telecom energy, telecommunications, or engineering fields.
• Internal transfer: supply manager promotion, service delivery or supply domain transfer.
• Ability to travel to Asia Pacific countries to support projects.
