We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our human resources are effectively utilized and aligned with our business goals, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
· Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
· Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
Training and Development:
· Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
· Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Design and manage employee compensation and benefits packages.
· Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards.
Compliance and Legal:
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Handle workplace safety, health regulations, and legal documentation.
Performance Management:
· Develop performance appraisal systems and processes.
· Assist managers with employee performance evaluations and improvement plans.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Proficiency in HR software and databases.
