  • Oversee daily operations of e-commerce websites, including product listings, inventory management, promotions, and customer service.
  • Coordinate logistics for online orders with fulfillment centers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage the administration of orders on platforms like WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Amazon.
  • Ensure all products are uploaded and synced with complete descriptions promptly, planning for product uploads and removals.
  • Effectively manage inventory to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
  • Monitor product reviews and ratings, responding to queries to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager on strategic initiatives for online offerings.
  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings to adjust our approach.
  • Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics to the E-commerce Manager and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, customer behaviors, and website analytics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for seamless e-commerce operations.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: Diploma or higher.
  • Experience: 3 years or more.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, responsible, results-oriented, friendly, hardworking, honest; excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
