Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Executive

As a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Executive, you will be working hand-in-hand with the SG team on:

• Sourcing and selecting quality candidates that match the specific recruitment needs of our clients
• Creating a pool of candidates though various mode of sourcing
• Identify potential candidates through screening and interviewing of applicants
• Perform job matching and selection process
• Arrange candidate interview and follow up with both candidates and clients on outcome to the interview
• Conduct and complete job applicant reference checks and other pre-employment procedures
• Prepare and present written applicant resume summaries
• Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline with min 2 years of recruitment experience
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
• A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong aptitude to learn quickly, pick up new skills and adaptable
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and government compliance regulations is an advantage

Working Hours / Location

• Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
