Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

 Conducting research and comparison, which may include destinations, hotels, flights, restaurants, entrances and services

 Able to supervise and handling booking enquiries and customers requests from the channels comes through phone and emails, as well as providing solutions for any issue related to customers

 Planning alternate activities in the event that cancellations, closures, or weather issue

 Ensuring the compliances of relevant travel policies and procedures

 Able to maintain good relationships with customers and service providers

 Organising travel operations including reservations, transportation venue and payments

collection to ensure smooth tour arrangement

 Reporting to manager for tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

 Prefer someone who is in the industry and experienced

 Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English , Malay, Mandarin & Cantonese

 Excellent follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry

 Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour

 Proficient in office software

 Positive and cheerful personality, good interpersonal and communication skills with

excellent customer service skills

 Good initiative and capable of multitasking

 Keep information or projects confidential as needed

 Passionate about traveling and work under pressure
