EZE Cloud Consulting is an official Workday Services and Sales Partner helping customers elevate their adoption and success with Workday HCM, Workday Finance, and related modules. We are currently supporting several Fortune 500 Workday customers with a presence across 160+ countries.

The Role

  • Collaborating with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
  • Utilizing consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
  • Optimizing and maintaining the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conducting health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
  • Staying up to date with the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients.
  • Guiding and driving discussions through strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills.

Ideal Profile

  • 1-3 years of Workday HCM experience.
  • Active Workday certification is a plus.
  • Expertise in Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Compensation, Advance Compensation & Benefits.
  • Must possess hands-on experience in at least two or more modules.
  • Must have worked on one end-to-end implementation and support Workday project with hands-on experience in the deployment process.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Global HR operations.
  • Demonstrated communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Malay.
