Main Responsibilities And Tasks
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs
- Regularly report on project status and provide updates to Manager, HOD and stakeholders
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify BI needs.
- Translate these needs into technical requirements for BI solutions.
- Implement self-service BI tools.
- Train non-technical users on data analysis techniques
- Spearhead innovative projects, such as predictive analytics or machine learning initiatives.
- Explore new ways of leveraging data for competitive advantage.
Accountabilities
The success in filling the position will be measured against:
- Ability to maintain up to date records of activities defined in main responsibility.
- Timely reporting to Manager, Business Process and Systems.
- Initiative to take on additional responsibility.
- Initiative taken to improve work processes and reports.
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree with at least 4 years of working experience in related fields and BI tools(eg. Tableau)
- Good business and process understanding.
- Good data analytical capability Excellent written and spoken English skills and ability to understand & convey complex IT and business scenarios.
- Proven ability to analyse problems, identify critical issues and develop strategies.
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Strong people skills with awareness of different cultures
