Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in preparing and processing accurate and timely payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to attendance, leave, overtime, and any payroll-related information in the HR system.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and submission of statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, and income tax.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips to employees, addressing any queries regarding salary discrepancies.
  • Generate payroll-related reports for management review, including monthly payroll summaries and reports for statutory bodies.
  • Assist in ensuring payroll practices comply with labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Assist in managing leave records and ensuring accurate leave deductions during payroll processing.
  • Required Skills:

  • Min in Diploma/ Degree in any field
  • Analytical, well organized, and able to work within tight deadline.
  • Computer Skills (MS Excel and other relevant software applications)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Candidate must be able to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau 4
