RESPONSIBILITIES:

FINANCE

  • Overall responsible for preparing the consolidated Financial Statement of the Groups consisting of subsidiaries and associates to ensure all are in accordance with the accounting standards, group policies, authorities, legal and tax compliance.
  • Prepare Group’s annual Budget, variance analysis, cash flow forecasts and projections.
  • Provide financial information, management information and professional advice on timely manner to top management for decision making.
  • Strategize and execute tax planning to optimize tax payments complying with tax law and regulations and corporate requirements.
  • Analysis on cash collections and disbursements.
  • Analysis on availability, drawdown and repayment of bank borrowings and financial cost thereto.
  • Coordinate and perform analysis on reports of financial performance (sales orders, invoicing, success ratio, and manpower efficiency.
  • Monitor and perform analysis on cost against budget for all departments/companies and also for all projects individually and communicate with their respective Department Heads.
  • Monitor and perform analysis on operational and non-operational risks.
  • Execute the company’s best policies and business as directed and other relevant parties.

ACCOUNTS

  • Plan, manage and administer tasks to ensure smooth operations of the department.
  • Plan and manage the available manpower and resources effectively.
  • Provide assistance and support to staff to ensure smooth execution of works delegated to them.
  • Preparation of monthly financial and management report inclusive of annual statutory accounts, budgeting and taxation.
  • Formulation and implementation of effective internal control policies and procedures.
  • Provide analyst of business revenue, cost and threat.
  • Liaise with company’s secretary, auditors, bankers and other relevant authorities.
  • Perform annual fixed assets count and maintain fixed asset register.
  • Execute the company’s best policies and business as directed and other relevant parties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Finance – General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Display leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably multilingual in English, Malay and Mandarin - Candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Section 34, Shah Alam.
  • Five days work, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Mon-Thu): 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Fri)
