Job Description:
- Assist in monthly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Processing transactions, issuing vouchers, and updating ledgers, etc.
- Ensure monthly accounts are closed on time and provide monthly management reports.
- Update listing on receivable, payables, and all related accounts schedule.
- Performing day to day accounting operations.
- Able to work under minimal supervisory, handle task accurately, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ad hoc task as assigned.
Requirement:
- Candidates must at least possess Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in related accounting field is advantageous.
- Computer and auto-count system literate.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Independent and willing to learn.
- Work well with others and good communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
