Senior Clerk of Work

· Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in product specifications, quality control, and timely completion of project.

· To inspect and monitor each stage of construction works, coordination works on architectural works, structural works, mechanical & electrical works and infrastructure works.

· To carry out inspections based on Qlassic standard.

· To ensure that all materials delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan.

· To identify all remedial /outstanding works to be carried out by contractor(s) in a timely manner.

· To regularly report to superior on progress of works and issues encountered in respect of non-conforming works, or delayed works.

· To keep all relevant forms / documents / correspondence and records in respect of progress of works such as daily work record, daily labor force, delivery of materials to site, weather records.

· Upon completion of works to carry out final inspection(s) and handover, ensure that as-built drawings are prepared and in our custody prior to issue of certificate of practical completion.

· To control all relevant project documents / drawings.

· To attend and manage complaints and follow up closely with contractors on rectification works.
