R&D Executive

EB Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd. is currently expanding! We are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as a R&D Executive. You play an important role in supporting R&D related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in all research and development of products related matters.
• Achieves R&D operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, assisting with the implementation of production, quality, and customer-service standards, identifying and resolving problems, supporting audits, determining system improvements, and support for implementing change.
• Execute to search and evaluate new raw materials, ingredient suitability, review, and cost effectiveness, to improve the application for new and current raw materials and packaging materials when necessary.
• Liaise with internal departments with regards to updating the production SOPs and specifications for all new or improved products.
• Liaise with external laboratories on product development matters and food safety.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, QA/QC & Purchasing to minimize raw material wastage.
• Ensure all R&D documentation and daily analysis records are updated, maintained, and filed in accordingly.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering or equivalent in any discipline from reputable universities.
• Fresh graduates/ entry level with or without working experience.
• General knowledge of food technology and equipment.
• Language: Mandarin, English, Malay
• Detailed-oriented, initiative and self-discipline.
• Experienced in collecting and interpreting data, including sensory, analytical, and commercial data.
• Willing to work at Kulim Hi-Tech.
