Requirements:
- Possess at least a qualification in SPM or above. (Fresh graduates are accepted)
- Fluent proficiency in English and Traditional Mandarin (read, speak, type)
- Applicants must possess a basic troubleshooting skills in electronic devices.
- Willing to commit working 5 days a week (including weekends and public holiday) with 2 rotational offday.
- Willing to commit to working at 9am to 6pm
- Applicants are to be based at office located at Cheras
- Applicants would have to join and start work on 7 Ict 2024 if shortlisted
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to users over phone, email, and/or live chat regarding product selection, services and issues.
- Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
- Proactively develop innovative ideas to drive process, product and support improvements.
