We are seeking a motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Recruitment Associate Intern. The successful candidate will work closely with our sourcing team to support the sourcing process for potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sourcing team in their day-to-day tasks
- Conduct research on potential candidates through various platforms
- Create and maintain a database of potential candidates
- Assist with the preparation of candidate profiles
- Support the team in their outreach efforts to potential candidates
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
