Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and practices to ensure proper compliance to Company rules and guidelines set up for good corporate governance and control/coordination of job accountabilities and performance results.
- Ensure compliance of the legal requirement affecting human resource function (Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, Government Statutory etc.)
- Administer and managing the annual performance management process, including conduct performance and salary reviews & proposal.
- Work closely with Head of Departments to understand their needs or any support needed in regards to HR and Admin matters.
- Support business in the employment process in defining job requirements and assessing candidates for critical/key jobs.
- Build pipelines and create recruiting strategies for non-exempt and exempt positions.
- Prepare budget for human resources operations and monitor expenses.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience as HRBP(full set) and 2-3 years experience as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management or any related field.
- Good communication skill – verbal and written communication.
- Meticulous.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Well verse in Employment Act 1955.
- Good interpersonal and customer relations skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- People skills management.
