10x Service Point Expansion Specialist (6 months) | Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a team of dynamic Retail Acquisition Executives to identify, engage, and onboard potential parcel collection pointers so that our client can have centralised parcel collection and drop-off services.

Employment Benefits

• Salary: MY$2,500 per month + Travel/ Vehicle Allowance (MYR$500 per month) + Performance Incentive (MYR$200 per month) + Commission (up to MYR$1,500 per month)
• Duration: 6 months (renewable)
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
• Travelling is required
• Vehicle Required: Either Car or Motorcycle

Location Available:

Kuala Lumpur

• Putra Jaya, Subang, Puchong
• Cheras, Ampang, OUG, Bukit Jalil
• Damansara, Sungai Buloh, Batu Caves, Wangsa Maju, Gombak

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and target eligible delivery or collection points within a stipulated radius so that sellers and buyers can conveniently collect or deliver their parcels.
• Engage and close deals with shop owners based on locations provided by call leads provided by the Sales Department.
• Manage the entire acquisition process, including contract signing, delivery of Point of Service Materials (POSM), and onboarding/training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners.
• Track and report acquisition progress regularly.
• Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or F2F cold selling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
