The HR/ADMIN Executive will manage the day to day co-ordination to meet datelines accurately.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing and administration including time attendances, overtime calculation, wage computation, leave management and statutory payments.
  • To prepare monthly HR reports as well as other general administration duties such as preparation of letters and memo.
  • Liaise with government departments and private institutions pertaining to HR and general admin works.
  • Handling full spectrum of administration for outlets and HQ.
  • To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and following up on pending matters
  • Generate any ad hoc reports as requested by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or other equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge in Labor Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Immigration and any other statutory regulations.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Must be computer literate, proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent numbers analytical skills.
  • Pleasant disposition, have good interpersonal & communication skills, keen learner with good attitude, self-motivated, resourcefulness, organized and responsible.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in payroll is required for this position.
