We seek a proactive and motivated Lead Development Representative to join our team on a contract basis. As a Lead Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and facilitating the growth of our marketing sales pipeline. Your efforts will directly contribute to the team's success by generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and key decision-makers within target industries and companies.
  • Qualify and assess leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with Stratus APAC's ideal customer profile.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives and effectively communicate Stratus APAC's value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads, providing comprehensive background information and facilitating a seamless handoff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities using CRM tools.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, engagement levels, and pipeline growth.
  • Contribute insights and feedback to refine lead generation processes and strategies.
  • Manage receipt of inbound phone calls and web leads from all marketing campaigns.
  • Support and assist during Sales Events.
  • Follow up marketing activities and projects for Asia Pacific regions.
  • Initiate outbound prospecting through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Adhoc duties (as required).

Qualifications:

  • Proactive individual with a track record of achieving results, demonstrating a positive and extroverted demeanor.
  • Eager collaborator and self-initiator. Possesses a hunting mentality and approaches tasks with vigor and dedication.
  • Rapid adopter of new competencies, driven by a passion for career advancement and an ongoing commitment to enhancing knowledge of Stratus's solution offerings.
  • Proficiency in recognizing market trends and opportunities within the designated region, refining strategies for Lead Development to capitalize on such prospects.
  • Effective and assertive communicator via telephone and email, showcasing adeptness in spoken and written communication.
  • Attentive listener, skilled at devising optimal solutions for challenges presented by prospects. Capable of comprehending prospect business needs and adeptly conveying them to the Sales team.
  • Business fluency in English is desirable, complemented by proficiency in an additional regional language.
  • Possess a business or marketing bachelor’s degree/diploma or a background in professional Lead Development/Inside Sales/BDR-related roles.
