Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree Level
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged too
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking, and able to meet deadlines.
Job Description:
- To liaise with Suppliers and HQ Purchasers in product ordering once obtained the approval from Management.
- To do forecasting on the Quantity of Product and to issue Purchase Order (PO) for HQ once obtained the approval from Executive (SP).
- To key in the Purchase Order (PO) into SCATS System via PO Form.
- To conduct New Product Survey and key in/update the New Product(s) into SCATS System.
- To Key in/update the Price Revision given by HQ into SCATS System.
- To key in stock adjustment in WMS system.
- To relieve one of the Sales Clerk during their absenteeism during Saturday Alternate Shift
- To inform and distribute the Price Listing to Sales & Marketing Team for any updates of New Product. (Thru Whatsapp & Google Drive)
- To assist Sr. Officer (SP) in Container Analysis by calculating the percentage of customer order through incoming container.
- To handle administrative tasks for the project with team members to keep project running smoothly.
- To order equipment, managing deadlines & workflow for the project task.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the management.
