Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through market penetration of the selected sectors which the Company has identified.
- To establish contact with them for presentation and proposal submission.
- To formulate strategies for the closure / convert the potential client into a customer.
- Ability to identify and understanding prospects / customers decision making process and apply sales strategy and coverage accordingly.
- Work with the customers and internal teams to ensure the final software solution aligns
- Produce customer-specific proposals and attend customer meetings and conduct presentations, at all times aiming to clients of the benefit of our proposal for their new requirement, incorporating as wide a range of the Company’s products as possible.
- Enhance customer experience through personalised service and support.
- Help clients to solve problems when using company’s products or services.
Skills Required
- Deep understanding and articulating well the benefits of the Company’s products
- Solid foundation in sales fundamentals such as prospecting, cold-calling, clients’ needs assessment, proposal development, identifying risk and close follow-ups to closure.
- IT industry knowledge
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Management or a relevant field.
Experience and Traits
- Relevant experience in client servicing, account management, customer service or sales support in a software house
- Proven track record in achieving sales target
- Fast/willing learner, willing to travel
- Good command in English, both written/spoken
- Go-getter, perseverance, and entrepreneurial-thinking
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating skills to identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients.
