Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy:

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand the companys market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Formulate sales strategies to penetrate new markets, foster business relationships, and increase client acquisition.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Handle negotiations and contractual discussions with prospective clients to close deals effectively.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Monitor the progress of business development activities and provide regular reports on sales metrics and achievements.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that align with business development objectives.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products and services meet market needs and client expectations.
  • Liaise with finance and legal departments for contract management and financial negotiations.

5. Market & Industry Awareness:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Participate in industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and build professional networks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (3+ years for Executive, 5+ years for Manager role).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and client management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
