Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager - Sales Administration to lead our sales and credit administration processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property development, a passion for mentoring teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end sales and credit administration processes.
  • Manage the processing of sales documentation, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Loan Agreements, Deeds of Assignment, billings, and invoices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales admin staff, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely completion of sales transactions.
  • Supervise and verify end-financing loan-related processes and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
  • Work with the IT department to implement and enhance sales and credit management software and tools, aligning them with business objectives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Address client inquiries regarding SPA, loans, billing, and collections, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to streamline sales and credit processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and customer service departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless coordination of activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Administration or Credit Administration within the property development sector.
  • Proficient in IFCA and Property365; hands-on experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the Housing Development Act, Strata Title Act, and end-financing requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
