Key Roles:
1) Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed sales target.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment and development.
2) Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly.
3) Team Management
- Recruit, train and supervise sales teams.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve sales skills and performance.
4) Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and retailers.
- Resolve customer issue and complaints promptly and effectively.
5) Sales Performance Monitoring
- Tracking sales data and generate reports on sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Set performance targets and regularly review the progress of sales team.
6) Market Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
- Work on expanding the customer base and market share within the region.
7) Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, supply chain and finance.
- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding sales performance and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Target Achievements
- Ensure the regional sales team meets or exceeds sales target and goals.
- Implement plans to increase sales volume and profitability.
2) Budget Management
- Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
3) Market Analysis & Planning
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- Develop and execute regional sales plan in alignment with overall company objectives.
4) Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to policies and industry regulation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales performance.
5) Promotion & Branding
- Coordinate with marketing team to plan and execute.
- Promotion activities and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across the region.
6) Customer Insight
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and service.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Business Development/Sales position
- At least SPM and above.
- Not mandatory but preferably in Retail/ GT/ FMCG market.
- Must possess own transport.
- Willing and has ready to travel.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skill.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Leadership
- Motivation skills
- Must be able to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Good planning and organization skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Over deliver and achieving high performance level.
- Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
- Must willing to work at Bandar Puncak Alam.
