Job Description:

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and arranging deliveries for a bakery shop.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Arrange and coordinate delivery services.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.
  • Experience working in a bakery is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Take customer orders for bakery items from various channels.
  • Baking knowledge preferred.
  • Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday (Work from Home): 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
