Job Description:
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and arranging deliveries for a bakery shop.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Arrange and coordinate delivery services.
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.
- Experience working in a bakery is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication skills.
- Take customer orders for bakery items from various channels.
- Baking knowledge preferred.
- Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday (Work from Home): 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
