Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs.
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.
  • Each Shift consists of 9 working hours included 1-hour lunch break-time.
  • Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working
  • Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply
