Responsibilities:

Business Planning

  • Assist in developing and delivering the group's strategic plan (short-term, mid-term and long-term).
  • Assist in coordinating the yearly and mid-year business planning and budgeting activities through close interaction with subsidiaries, divisions and department.
  • Perform research and monitor key external and internal factors for both micro and macro environment, which may influence the direction and success of adopted strategies.
  • Perform the analysis and evaluation of the Group's business plan and strategies.
  • Assist the development of Group blueprint and business plan.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshop for the Group.
  • Prepare proposal papers and reports to assist management and the Board of Directors.

Performance Management

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentation on business performance, trends and tracking of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Management and monitoring of initiatives and projects at Group and subsidiaries level on the progress, identification of issues and highlight the potential risks to the management.
  • Assist in management of department tasks and activities
  • Such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Fresh graduate or 1-3 years of related working experience.
  • Possess strategic and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong soft skills and collaboration management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills especially in dealing with stakeholders, authorities etc.
  • Initiative, results driven and able to work independently
  • Team player with ability to multi-task
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
