To source and manage multiple real estate agencies for all new launches, under construction, completed and sub-sales properties. To propose sales package and sales activities to drive sales. To maintain good relationships among real estate agencies and to resolve conflicts whenever necessary. To empanel end-financiers (EF) for the projects, maintain good relationship with EF teams and to ensure that EF line is always active. To actively monitor on sales conversion and to engage with EF management level on moderate profile cases in order to enhance the loan approval process. To maintain good relationship with lawyer and to ensure that lawyers are attending to all SPA & Facility Agreement signing instruction. To actively administer all aspects of sales plans, executions and monitoring progress of such programs and initiates To coordinate sales documentation for record, report, and analysis provisions, such as sales analysis & sales budget To ensure functionality and readiness of showroom, Business Relationship team, facilities and equipment To manage customer's feedback and complaints as well as maintain good rapport with the current customers and develop prospective customer base. To work closely with Marketing team on all aspects of sales strategies To support Marketing team in the implementation of Sales & Marketing programs.
