Description:

The Inner Operation Manager will focus on ensuring all administrative paperwork is completed accurately and on time. This role is responsible for creating invoices, purchase orders (POs), and filing documents, while maintaining effective communication with the accounting department. Additionally, the role will involve managing project timelines and ensuring proper communication across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage daily logistic/ courier to ensure delivery of goods (supplier and client).
  • Correspond with suppliers on contracts and orders.
  • Simple customer service.
  • Organize and file daily documents.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Communicate with internal teams, including designers and sales, regarding order details.
  • Manage daily courier and logistics paperwork.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure effective communication between teams.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Preferably with experience in logistic management.
  • Preferably with basic CAD knowledge.
  • Past experience in interior/ industrial design are welcome.
  • Well organized with strong attention to details.
  • Positive, self motivated & demonstrated abilities in working both independently and as a team.
  • Proficient in written & spoken English, Mandarin, and Malay.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field.
